My heart is absolutely broken for a girl I used to go to high school with. Her youngest is the same age as my daughter, and today she was accidentally backed over with a car when someone was leaving the house. I guess the toddler somehow got out the front door, and the girl I went to high school with ran after the little girl and saw her get hit. Her father is a retired pediatrician and happens to live a few doors down. He did everything he could do, but .. The poor little girl was gone within mins. Accidents happen. It's all so scary. I'm so heartbroken for her. I don't know if I could ever continue living if I ever lost my daughter ...

@kitcatmeow8383, right? And to make matters worse, all of the "you should have been watching better" parents are coming out and giving their two cents. It only takes a second for things to go wrong. I feel like this could have happened to anyone! 😔

That's awful why was the driver not paying closer attention you always should knowing there are kids around

My son runs out the door sometimes and it scares me half to death because of this reason. Accidents do happen but how terrible. My heart breaks for your friend 💔😭😭

Omg this is exactly how my best friend died at age 12 she had dropped some change and went to pick it up & her grandma thought she was on the car and backed up and crushed her she was gone instantly 😞 .

Wow. This breaks my heart. :( I can't imagine losing my daughter, especially in such a horrible accident like that. Prayers for the mom, family, and driver.
