Well ive had my bloody show this morning and think my waters are gradually breaking x got really bad cramps now 😞 think hes comin x rang birthing center n they told me 2 relax n try n get sum sleep. Sleep! Haha not with these pains x

Try a hot water bottle and some paractemol. Just remember when you took it as well so if you go into hospital they will know. Good luck xx
