Hey mama, I hope this doesn't come off as rude or anything but it's not safe for them to ride like that. Your little mans straps should be up on his shoulders and chest clip at arm pit level. Your little lady's chest clip should also be up higher
@santistevanmommie, oh no this is great! Thank you for the advice! I will definitely change that. We also have the car seats anchor to the car and the seat bell attached. My husband is the one who install their car seats so I just follow through lol 😅 but I will definitely look into that! And my daughter and son, they like to push it down all the time😭 it's always higher and tighter. But thank you 💓

Try moving their straps up a slot it might help. They might be pushing it down cause it's bothering their shoulders.
