I went to the store at 5 days old but I wore the baby carrier and people stayed out of my bubble

We had to go to the store on the way home from the hospital to get formula cause I had to supplement in order to go home.

Yeah I don't wanna risk getting him sick so I will wait awhile.

Especially cause other people have no chill and no respect for space with newborns

I'd definitely wait a while...they need a bit to build up their immune system. Exposing them like that could cause serious issues

I waited 3 weeks for a store or restaurant. But I waited 3 days before going outside.

Thank you guys I'm hoping he don't get sick or anything when I take him out to my family's house.

From birth. It's how you build up their immune system.

With my first born I waited a month and then with my daughter it was like 2 weeks. But it was like to my mom house or other family members house only. 😀

Oh if its only to a family member's house, I think he'll be okay..In my opinion.

@simply_unsimple, I'm just scared I'm going take him out to early. I was thing out taking him out this weekend which he would only be a week and couple days

Oh lol. I took him out officially at 3 weeks to the grocery store.

@simply_unsimple, He had a doctors appointment yesterday which he was four days but I mean like to the store or somewhere

Had to take him out at 4 days for his 1st doctor's appointment.
