Has anyones hcg blood levels been 23,496 mIU early in pregnancy

Is that low or high for you?

On my results they said high this is my first pregnancy so I'm not really sure how this works. My levels 2 days ago we're 21,257

That's pretty normal for 6-7 weeks of pregnancy.

See when I had an ultrasound done today there was only a gestational sac so they are thinking I'm earlier than expected because my ovulation is all over the place and I have pcos

Your levels are supposed to double every 48 hours.

Only time they would go down is if the pregnancy is ending in miscarriage.

Some females it takes 72 hours my Doctor said @mommabear17
