Has this happened to any of you? I'm a FTM
So...I have been having this problem for a few weeks now. And I have pumped every hour up to twp hours, took breast milk flow supplements, one on one lactation consultant, etc. My breasts are dried out and I haven't made it to a full month of it. I don't know what has happened to me. I kept up my appetite, drank lots of water and milk, bought food from the WIC list on keeping my milk production active. I'm now forced to put baby girl on formula. I feel like I should call a doctor or something but I'm wondering if any one else has experienced this problem..

@cubanese, is our biggest breastfeeding help here. Did you strictly pump? Because the only sure way to keep producing is to keep latching baby on.

I couldn't keep baby ob the breasts because she refuses to latch on. Even the nurses and lactation consultant from the hospital and WIC office couldn't get her to latch on to me even if their life depended on it. They told me I have to pump strictly so she can be able to eat. @jasholbert

Did they check your baby for tongue and lip ties?

@cubanese no she doesn't. I went every day to a consultant in hopes she would but she refused to latch on
