Ok, my family is freaking out at me about this picture, Alec is with his dad and his gf. Everyone is saying it doesn't look like he's wearing a shoulder strap properly. Like if he was he wouldn't be able to lean forward like that. What do you ladies think.

@tlistboom, yea that's what I'm thinking, it's just a regular seat, but the seatbelt should be right over his shoulder

it could be on and maybe not but they all look happy and maybe they had just parked the car to get out and decided to snap a quick pic. doesn't appear to look like the car was moving by her position either but you never know. @alecandfrankiesmum

@starting_over39, yea it's definitely not moving, I think everyone is tripping because she has in the past put him in the car with no car seat, and told him not to tell me. But I can't accuse them of any just from a picture.
