I'm in low income housing in California and it's about $750 a month. If I wasn't in a low income housing unit it would easily be 1,000$ or more!

I live in Ohio and have what you have and pay $475 but I also live in a small town

I am in OH. That sounds like my old apartment. I paid $650, but my rent included all utilities paid

In PA that would cost 500 and you'd pay utilities

All the apartments where I live are based on income. They run $700 plus for a 2 bedroom and 900 plus for a 3 bedroom but since they're based on your income it could be lower. That's southern Ohio. But this includes your trash, water and all maintenance including mowing the grass that you don't need to worry about.
