I need some advice !!!!I took Lucas to the Er yesterday for wheezing and his lungs sounded horrible, but X-rays are clear and sent us home with an inhaler combo with the chamber and mask.. How can I help him get used to it?? We've tried showing him "pretend" , I keep talking to him about it, he just cries harder and screams .. leading to more respiratory distress.. so of course I can't give it to him 6x a day like I'm supposed to, but trying everything I can think of.

Maybe try it while he sleeps just like hold the mask up to his face

I had to do that with my daughter I would hold her on my lap and I would put a movie on for her

@reaganmommy2015, I wish I could do that! Lol he won't even sit still ... maybe I could use my phone😂

@blue_jay1418, that's what we're doing.. I'm trying to explain to my SO that it takes several breaths to get the full dose.. he thought a couple seconds was enough 😩
