For a party? I just read that "Under The Sea" theme is over done now, so, don't worry!

We did my sons baby shower ocean themed! We made jelly fish out of paper lanterns and streamers and hung them from fishing line so it looked like they floated. We put the food in plastic tackle boxes lol. We made chocolate covered pretzel stick fishing rods with gummy fish attached. We got an oar for everyone to sign as the guest book. We did blue and green table cloths and hung up blue, white, and green streamers

Party City (if you have one nearby) should start having their summer stuff for parties coming into the stores. I'd also suggest going to their website. Might be able to order a few things before they're in the store.
