Help! I have an extremely painful clogged duct right now, nursing isn't helping and neither did pumping or hand expressing. And the warm shower seemed to make it worse. I don't want to do anything that might lesson my supply since I'm not trying to stop breastfeeding for at least 4 more months. But I'm in lots of pain and it's been 3 days of this now and it hurts more every day!

I had that happen. I massaged it anytime my baby nursed. And somebody told me push on it hard when u massage it. If u think it's too hard press harder. And I did. It hurt an insane amount but was gone the next day. And it was golf ball size.
@cubanese i woke up 3 days ago with the blockage about the size of a golf ball and now it's nearly the size of half my breast, and I'm a c cup so that's pretty large
@cubanese I've tried that 4 times already since they normally helps me, but no results the time...
I think @cubanese may be able to chime in on this one and give ya some pretty good advice 😇good luck!!
