I have to take a min and just say how awesome my husband has been he has step up his game with the kids and me. He has been staying clean and I know it has not been that long but he is working on it one day at a time. He also told me yesterday that we need to leave the party we were at because someone was coming that he did not want to be around because he did not trust himself so we left and i am so proud that he told me because he doent want to mess up what we have.

Always tell him when he makes good choices..i do same with my husband i tell him do day by day or hr by hr every good choice adds up and you move fwd..

That means he is serious about it! Just keep supporting him, and make sure you get connected with other women who have recovering husband's... you need support just as much as he does! It will not always be rainbows and butterflies... but truly, it's one day and sometimes one moment at a time! That's awesome that he recognized that there are people and situations that he needs to avoid right now! Really shows he's ready to make serious changes!
