I just survived the 1st night w/out any help from my husband or family. My daughter is 1 month old and my mom, sister, and husband were all off a month to help me. Now reality of no sleep and complete exhaustion are setting in! I have 3 more days and nights like this before my husband is off to help. So I just sleep when she sleeps, eat when I can, hurry to the bathroom, and hope for the best.
