This heartburn/acid reflux is the freaking devil. And it's always late at night when I'm trying to sleep 😫😫😫😫 bad thing is, I cut out eating what used to cause it at the beginning of my pregnancy & now it's just like 🖕🏾🖕🏾

ME TOOOOO! I found out that half the time it's probably not even caused by food, it's caused by the baby being so big now that there's less room for the stomach so acid reflux/ heartburn is more common

Hoooonestlyyyyyyy, the one thing that really messed me up for a few days was this new soup bowl by Maruchan "Taste of Asia". So, I'm thinking anything that normally causes slight heartburn should be okay. I just have to go buy more Tums

@qxeenbreezy_, yes and I ran out of tums last night and that's when it got worse when I didn't have anything for it lol I'm almost done tho. Hopefully she is here soon
