So we're not germophobes but we aren't pigs either. We are just clean, anyways, my son sometimes sleeps with my mom on the couch and my brother sleeps on the other. Well here and there all 3 of them have come up with bites but we didn't know from what until tonight. My mom caught this THING, I don't know what it is.
It honestly looks like a small roach but moves like a lice.
If anyone recognizes it and has tips to get rid of it, PLEASE let me know. My son sneaks into the living room to sleep with his grandma while we are ALL sleeping.

Yeah. That's a bed bug.. extremely hard to get rid of. A lot of people have to throw everything away and start over. ☹️

Bed bug for sure... my kids brought them home from their grandparents apt. It started in my girls room, by the time I seen the first one their bunk beds were infested. We burned the bunk beds cleaned their mattresses and moved them to the living room. Threw a white sheet over their mattresses and watched over them all night and would kill each one as they tried to get near my girls. I had a flash light they are known to come out more at night. I got rid of them with dimeaculous earth or DE (I know I butchered the spelling) just google it and watch YouTube videos. A bag of it is $12 and I had a ton left over. The hard part will be the clean up because it's so fine. I have older kids, so I would be more precautionary with your age kids. I'm proud to say I did it though!

omg, just the thought of them made me think if I have ever seen one ... I'm horrified for you Bc I heard nightmare stories on how to get rid of them! How do you get them in general?

😣 my sister had them in her very first apartment. She washed all of their clothes and dried them on high heat. Straight from the dryer, she put them into big black trash bags and into the car. They threw all of the mattresses away. They threw the couches out and basically, everywhere they could hide. Then they moved. She had just given birth to a baby, I believe she was like two weeks at the time. They moved with basically no furniture and had to start over. The entire apt complex had an infestation. I believe someone brought them back from a hotel they were in and they took over. It sucks. You can try to get your house sprayed, but that doesn't always work. Because if one of them survives, they will be resistant to that spray and multiply.
