So this is why I'm scared for my induction in Monday , I've been 2cm for 3 weeks now although I've been exercising and walking and stretching , Kai has been getting lower and lower in the birth canal to the point my OB doesn't have to go so far during my cervical exams cuz she feels his head right away , my concern is what if the Pitocin doesn't really make me dilate so much, what if I try to push and kai gets distressed or I get distressed and then my only option is a C section, I mean my OB told me many time that I have small bones and I'd probably need a c section cuz Kai was 6 lbs 11oz three weeks ago, to her she said he's a big boy , now I'm scared because I REALLY want a vaginal birth so I'm praying so hard that everything goes well and I can have the experience I really desire , this is my first pregnancy. 😖

Have you ever gotten a second opinion? :( in my case when I was only 7 weeks with my son the doctor said she could "already tell" I was gonna need to have a c-section. I saw a different doctor (because I switched insurance) and she told me she's had women smaller than be give birth to babies over 9 lbs. My son came out at almost 8 lbs no problem. I didn't even tear. 😕

@orionsmomma no , she's been my doctor since the beginning, but I'm praying that's my situation.he may be big but I honestly feel like I can handle it .

Every single tech I had and dr said my baby was a good 9+ pounds. We even seen her little fat rolls and chunky fingers through ultrasound. We scheduled an c section since my 9 lb son had a little trouble coming out of the canal before. I did deliver him vaginally tho. This time I wasn't dilated at all on January 30 at my appt and my water broke at 5 am the next morning. We went ahead with the c section and she was only 7 lbs 14 oz. I had A LOT of amniotic fluid tho. It can go any way. Don't stress momma. It all has a way of working out somehow. :)
