Sudocream will dry it out too much and cause the skin to crack and bleed x best thing to do is keep clean with water and pat dry then maybe use some bepanthum as it's a barrier which continues to let the skin breath and heal. If it starts to smell then she might have a yeast infection which would require antifungal creams x
My daughter used to get this all the time under her neck, in her armpits and in the creases in her legs.. i think its just were milk gets especially under the neck and when the areas wet for some time.. just keep it dry and keep applying sudocrem it used to clear up in a day or 2 xx
That's from where the milk dribbles down and gets stuck in the neck creases both mine had it. Keep applying sudo cream and keep the area as clean and dry as possible.
My girl gets this all the time ! It's either sweat, leftover milk or something wet that's got in the folds of her neck and not dried properly ! Sudocrem is the only thing that works for it !
