You should be able to add them. Are you on an android? Some moms say they have to tap the microphone icon on your keyboard. Or if you only add an emoji on a comment you'll need to add more text or a period.

Nothing works :( ive tried.. I didnt know if its something i needed to download.. Ive tried what u said when another mom suggested it as well months ago :/

This is all i get when i press the mic button

Try to hold the mic button for more then a second and see if ur emoji screen pops up @mrs.collins

Or when u press the mic button for more then a second a bar pops up with different buttons and the smile face is your emojis@mrs.collins
