So my son's first birthday is tomorrow. I have invited so many friends and family. Except my mother in law. It was a mutual decision between my husband and I, not to invite her. She has been saying that I am addicted to antidepressants and alcohol, to nearly everyone we know (that was pretty much the final straw). Saying that I tell my husband that he can't talk to her or see her. She hasn't seen her grandson since he was 6 months old, mainly because when we went to see her last she bitched about how none of his clothes would fit, and that he didn't know who she was also wouldn't talk to me or make eye contact with me, her and her brat daughter. (She said to my husband multiple times that she wanted to see Atlas and that we needed to come by more often, literally bitched about it). Also says that I don't want her to see her grandson, my husband and I are busy alot of the time he works alot, plus she knows she's more than welcome to come by but never makes an effort to. In the beginning I always talked to her, and told her how he was doing, even during my pregnancy I'd text her. Offered for her to come to my appointments but she never wanted to or was doing something else. Funny thing is, she doesn't bother to even talk to me, acknowledge that I am Atlas's mother (ever since he was born she never did), acknowledge that my husband is not the only one who is "in charge". She also doesn't even ask about Atlas, if we don't tell her, she doesn't talk to us or bother to check in. It was like that even when I was pregnant. But then when he was born she was right there. It's basically the same thing going on right now. Her and her daughter never talk to us, but now they want to come see him on his birthday. My husband and I are just fed up with their lies and two faced shit. I am just really stressing out about it. She may just come by anyway, I just don't want any shit started on my son's first birthday. We both haven't responded to them. I just had to vent and I can't on facebook.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
