Any tips for nausea and vomiting and gas and that stuff? I havent been able to keep anything down for the past week and I been feeling like crap. (Anything besides ginger PLEASE)
@bryannajneal92 thank you and yeah I dont want no damn crackers lol. Im only 6 weeks 😢 I hope its not like this much longer. How long did your nausea and stuff last?
@kaylamoye1, Any tea helped me actually. That or I'll eat fruit or fruit bars ( Popsicles) to help me from feeling nauseous. Ppl would tell me to eat crackers but I wasn't with that at all!! I need something juicy!! See if that works for you my love! How far long?
@kaylamoye1, eat smaller meals like tiny amount I imagine I was feeding a little bean like I would take one bite of potatoes and wait one hr then do it again start with bland foods crackers oatmeal rice potatoes after about one week move to veggies then fruits last. I promise u will have plenty of time to eat more later. If u don't like fresh ginger have u drink ginger ale I don't drink soda but I look vernors and drank it in my first weeks of pregnancy. Don't over do it. They also make lemon ginger tea that don't taste as strong as fresh ginger. I never tried the ginger chews but heard they r like candy. I would also try lemon drops but the main thing is eat less u night live on cracker and vernors for several days
