Why is it so hard to loose weight & stay dedicated !!?😫 I was doing soo good eating healthy, working out & now I'm just eating wtv & no exercise !! Need to get back on it ASAP

That is pretty reasonable!!! I have a goal to lose 25 pounds by the middle of July. So I need to stay dedicated lol
