@shyarbrough15, I got pregnant on BC so it's not fool proof I had the impalanon which lasts 3 years I think but also once you tie your tubes it's damn near impossible to untie them I got mine done and some days I'm like hey I can have sex all I want and not get pregnant yay then somedays I'm like ahhhh I want to be pregnant again it's up and down but it's permanent so PLEASE. Think about your options

I had nexplanon for 6 months, it broke in my arm. Then I had mirena, but too many side effects. However, didn't have a period for over a year.

I got pregnant while on the pill and I tried the shot before but didn't worked for me cause of the side effects so now I don't know what I'll be using for birthcontrol nothing is secure this days I also wanted to get my tubes tied after my baby borns but my doctor said no.

@beautifulreyna, why wouldn't they let you get your tubes tied? Mine said the law in Texas is as long as your 21 and have two kids that I could that after I have the baby I would come back in two weeks to get them tied. But I might want kids in 3-6 years idk. I as well had the nexplanon @kendraharlee, and I g t pregnant this time. I really just want to get a shot and I know no birth control is 100% but just wanted to know some of y'all ladies experience on each of them.

@shyarbrough15 honestly I would stick to pill because any others I've tried really messed with me. I don't use birth control for that reason

@kendraharlee, I won't remember to take the pill I can't remember to take my prenatal vitamins and they're sitting next to my toothbrush for when I brush my teeth every morning and still forgot to take them
