Hi moms! My 19 month old's eye is a little swollen and he has a lot of "eye boogers" (not sure what they are called in this situation). What can i use to get them out?

Sounds like pink eye..warm compress but..don't use on both eyes.make 2 dif one's

@sherrynygirl Well his eyes arent pink and he isnt rubbing them. I guess the mucus is just steady developing after we wipe it.
