Hi Mommies! Is there anyone familiar with obtaining a license to run an in home day care in the state of GA? I would like to go through the process & I have a couple of questions . Thank you ! 🌸🌸🌸

Overall, get NAEYC accredited..when I worked daycares they were firing women over not having it..it will cover your home for the curriculum part of the process..I will look into the specifics of home daycare a little more for you and message you if I come up with anything...good luck 😇

@ilotus, thanks . Yes I was on that site and it was very informative but it was saying what certification I needed whether it be a CDA, TCC, a degree in Early Child Education.... etc. I was looking to go the certification route because my degree is in healthcare but I just didn't quite understand which certification was best or easier etc . Thank you

Thats gonna be tricky bc GA's particular program for that now is Bright from the Start..they basically put everything home daycare into one bubble now to make it easier..here is the link tho, good luck!!
