So my 1 year old got her leg up to her knee stuck between her crib rails well i was able to get it using soap after i myself calmed down to think but her leg is a bit swollen and red and bruised should i wrap her leg up with an ace bandage she has a little limo right now but I know it just must hurt it happen this morning

@haley-lamb its absolutely awful ive never heard my daughter cry like that so it set me in a mini panic i wont lie i feel so bad for her little knee

I wouldn't wrap it...cuts circulation just ice w towel and elevate it...been waking up to this...

@sherrynygirl true good point and yea thats the beginning lol @haley-lamb i found these things called wonder bumpers gonna probably invest in that it goes around each individual rail and it has foam so it makes it so they can't stick their foot through but its still an opening so no worries of suffocating

@aaquino. We use the breathable mesh bumpers he now kicks down with hands and feet

@aaquino he's my 3rd son and the only 1 to do this with hands and feet hes 💪 the other 2 never did and yrs ago i had a thick bumper.

@sherrynygirl we had the bumper but she was kicking her legs above and under it and then she started using it to boost herself up to climb she is just a handful
