The UPS guy put it on our neighbors porch instead of our and now the piece of shit won't give it to me!
I seriously fucking hate him and I pray that they activate it so they can track it down and his ass goes to jail. He's a no good piece of shit druggie!
I've had problems with him before because he threatened to kill me one night while I was at work because I wouldn't hangout with him when I got off work.

You could probably call the police. Opening another person's mail is illegal regardless of if it ends up on your porch or not.
