Just heard a commercial on the radio about help for PPD. Just a friendly reminder to you mommies you're not alone and it's more common than you think. It can come right after birth or a couple months after. I still suffer from PPD and it's ok! We are all here to support each other and I don't want anyone to feel ashamed about it like I did.
