Does an epidural hurt?

No it doesn't, the contractions are way worst . The epidural just felt like a tiny prick.

im dreadin' on gettin' it because my aunt says it will give you some back pains in the long run.

@mamabritt, never thought about the 😞 how did it feel? Like a sharp pain?

@infamousmama_ I didn't even feel them take the epidural out.

@infamousmama_ contractions felt like menstrual cramps and tightening and got progressively worse, I was on pitocin due to my contractions not starting, I felt burning pain in my thighs, lower back, and stomach, but mind you this doesn't happen to everyone and it feels different to everyone, once your bundle of joy is here you'll forget all about the pain 💕

@infamousmama_, I told them to take mine out right after I had my daughter. So I didn't feel it.

@raquely, i've had people tell me that. just cause you haven't had it happen to you doesn't mean its not true.

When I got my epidural it was the most pain I was in throughout my whole pregnancy. I had 4 huge shots going through my back. Omg it was bad for me, but inline everyone else I didn't feel my contractions, so I couldn't compare the pain to it
