So I always wanted to know how true this is. If your boyfriend or whoever is speeding and driving recklessly to the hospital because you are in labor, will cops harass you? I mean I know they will probably pull you over, but they aren't gonna sit there and make you wait while they do all this extra shit if you're in labor.... would they? Anyone have an experience like this?

@butterfli_luv, cause growing up I see it happen in movies but I've never met someone who actually experienced running into cops while rushing to the hospital

They will probably escort you to hospital my dad got pulled over on his way to hospital when I was being born cop just told him to slow down a little because he was more useful alive than dead but my mom was already at the hospital she was working when they told her to go to l&d for a c section

No she was working in the hospital she delivered me at but they never gave my dad a ticket

If you are in the car the cop shouldn't harass he will see you are pregnant may call you an ambulance though

Where I live if it's an emergency like that we can call the cops to escort us to the hospital, that way we avoid tickets.
