So we've been going through a bunch of drama with my boyfriend's brother and his fiance. They used to live with us, and apparently they never paid their final water bill from when they lived here, and they have to pay it off before they can move.

They're coming to us wanting the money bc they said it's ours. It's not. She just kept going on and on talking a bunch of smack about how we're irresponsible and she's having to pay off our mistake, so I very politely sent her the bank statement showing that we paid our half of it, showed that it was their bill bc they hadn't moved out yet, reminded her of the date they moved out, and asked her to please stop talking about us.

Well, she went and cried victim to my boyfriend's brother, and he called David absolutely going off, saying I needed to "stop talking shit" and that he's lucky that they're moving, etc. He even went as far as to say he's not paying the phone bill (hes still on our plan) until he gets the money from us. David was actually gonna do it, too!

Nope. Not getting that money. I wasn't talking shit. I gave you facts and proof that we paid our part and politely asked that they stopped blaming us. We're gonna do a liability transfer to get him off of our phone account. The sick part? We just paid almost $200 so he could get a new phone! 🙄🙄 We did it to be nice, and he didn't say thank you or appreciate it at all, he just immediately went to wanting more money from us. Nope. Sorry bud. How awful can people be? Seriously.
