When I went to court last month Joe never showed up, so they said they would get in contact with him to get swabbed for the DNA test and that I would get the results in the mail before we go back to court.

We have court next week. Since I haven't got anything I honestly don't think he's gonna go get swabbed as bad as he hollered wanting a DNA test. So if he doesn't and if he doesn't show up next week at court, what will they do!?
