Don't do it, iv heard a lot bad things about it. One lady I had one Facebook was 41 weeks and she tried, she had a perfectly healthy baby. After she tried that castor oil her baby didn't make it. 😭so please for the sack of your baby don't do it. Mamma let your body do the work
Most of the time it is done under supervision of a physician or midwife. The office I work at refuses to do it because it leads to infant distress which automatically makes you need a csection. Nothing good comes of it.
I did it and not only was I fine but my baby too. I was 42wks. The only adverse effect I would say is the contractions are intense. Other than that everything went smoothly and I had a fast delivery. Oh and my sister also did it and my nephew was as healthy as they come.
