So I've decided to kill myself and do 500 squats and crunches for a month along with love handle workouts so I will be whining about my aching body 😂

I stick to protein and veggies for lunch and dinner. Steak, chicken and fish or salmon. Gets boring but does the job. I lost 100 lbs in a year. Smoothies boiled eggs and toast for breakfast or oatmeal. Almonds, fresh fruit or veggies, rice cakes with peanut butter as a snack

My cardio is walking. I don't run. Running is bad for you. Just walking on incline can build a sweat . Thinks not to eat---- fast food, pop/juice, box meals, box carbs, dairy makes you bloated

@beebaby, I hate cardio more than anything lol have no way to run or anything so idk how to do that part. What should I not eat?

You dont have to count. I meal prep. I eat 6 times a day. 3 meals 3 snacks. All water. Cardio is great for losing fat. If you want some tips I can give you some. It's not about starving. Just a few things to avoid and you have to eat

That's why I haven't worked out consistently before i have no clue how to do the eating right thing. People always counting calories and sugars and sodium and all this crap. Got me confused @beebaby,

Eat right too, no matter how many crunches you do it won't matter without clean diet
