So I've decided to kill myself and do 500 squats and crunches for a month along with love handle workouts so I will be whining about my aching body 😂
I stick to protein and veggies for lunch and dinner. Steak, chicken and fish or salmon. Gets boring but does the job. I lost 100 lbs in a year. Smoothies boiled eggs and toast for breakfast or oatmeal. Almonds, fresh fruit or veggies, rice cakes with peanut butter as a snack
@beebaby, I hate cardio more than anything lol have no way to run or anything so idk how to do that part. What should I not eat?

That's why I haven't worked out consistently before i have no clue how to do the eating right thing. People always counting calories and sugars and sodium and all this crap. Got me confused @beebaby,
Hopefully later this summer I'll be able to get my body back! 😅
