Feeling really faint a dizzy last couple of days and keep getting hot flushes I'm 29 weeks anyone else had this and any idea what could be causing it?

I did have an appointment last Wednesday and they did take my bloods and blood pressure and stuff midwife said she'd call if anything came up but she hasn't I will call just to be sure thanks hun xxx  @west94
