mommies i need help. im having back contractions and they keep coming and going am i suppose to count them.

They have timer apps for contractions. Or you can use a regular timer

You need to count from the start of each contraction til the end if they last longer than a minute and are consistently 4 minutes apart then you're in labor. Good luck girl! @mybaby519,
