Shes 18 months..i actually just read that its non toxic and mostly water based so should be fine!!! If not we will probably get some other ones we want to do something for the grandmas for mothers day lol @tonihinton22

Depends on how old the toddler is ?... a the only thing I can see wrong would be the strong smell
