Thinking about buying the hypnobabies home study. Has anyone used it before?

Is that for labor. Like the Bradley method? I have friends who did that. I had a natural home birth and I read the book birthing from within. I really liked it. It was very helpful

Yes they're CDs you listen to everyday I think? I haven't read much about the Bradley method but I think they have the same concept. I've heard great things but just not sure if I wanna spend the $180 on it lol @charong,

I kno they have like one or two audio files that r free to download and use but ur right I'd get it too if it wasn't so expensive
