Can someone tell me why my kid keeps taking off his diaper every chance he gets?

I heard this trick that if you put a cloth diaper cover over your disposable diaper they have a hard time getting it off

Put a pair of underwear over his diaper. Worked for my son. Or you could start potty training, this is a huge sign that he is ready.

@mrs.monteiro, everyone keeps telling me that's signs of potty training readiness. Including his pediatrician. Still figured he's too young for that.
