What can you do for nipples being sore or do you have, to get used to it ?

Any cream specifically for breastfeeding. They will toughen up but making sure to have best latch will minimize soreness

Apply the nipple cream as often as you can so you can prevent serious damage. I waited too long. (Idk why 😣).

After every feeding. It's safe.

I used sudo cream and honestly it was amazing!
