Help Moms!.. I just went back to work full time a few weeks ago and my 8 mo old daughter went from part time to full-time daycare. I know it's only been a few weeks but she's not napping and has been constantly sick. We don't know what to do. She's such a good baby, she's just curious and has a hard time

How did your babes transition to daycare? Do you love your daycare? I feel like ours is "just the basics" and we have her on a waiting list somewhere else 😩

I've talked and talked to the daycare staff about napping and seems like they're Doing all they can. Any input much appreciated 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
