@jaysmom20, no problem, it helps me a lot and I smell my relaxing essential oils too. Today really sucked and I just did some stretching on my bed too lol

Hobby! I never though I could release stress so easy. I love painting so I took some money(not much, am broke lol) and bought me some paint, brushes and canvas and I am so fine, every time I feel the stress building up I paint it away!

@jaysmom20, it's hard but it's really relaxing. I like to do bedtime yoga cuz it's easier and unwind after the day

Working out or yoga is great for stress or finding a hobby you can do alone is good too
