Has anyone ever miscarried and had a d&c? Im sooo nauseous pain in upper and lower stomach warm heartburn just feeling like ill throw up

When i miscarried i had a d&c. I had the worst cramps of my life after.

Yes they suck. I have upper stomach cramps and nausea too:/
