Is it normal to sleep all day ?

Yes it's normal. Our bodies are doing so much work they are exhausting themselves. If you can get the sleep go for it. You may not be able to later in the pregnancy

Make sure that even though you're sleeping a lot you still try and drink enough water and get enough nutrients. If the dizziness is too much too handle the doctor might be able to give you something for it.

Yeah for the first 3 months or so. I'm still exhausted all the time too.

I sleep all day as well and if I'm not sleeping I'm laying down is that bad ? I heard it is because then the baby will stick to your sides ??
