OK does this sound OK to yall?

I went and dropped my husband's wheelchair script off yesterday for a bigger manual wheelchair. I told the lady he had another manual one that is tore up and too small I also told her he had an electric one that he can't use because of the batteries and it won't fit in our van. so she said OK. took the prescription from me and had me fill out paperwork for it. said it had to be 5yrs before he could get another manual one and I told her it's been 6 since he's gotten either manual or electric. she said OK and gave me the wheelchair. took it home and he is so excited it's a new padded wheelchair big enough for him so he's not in so much pain. fast forward to this morning.. she called me up and told me I have to bring the wheelchair back immediately because my husband had an electric wheelchair! I told her that yesterday before she gave me the wheelchair!! she was so rude and talked to me like I was a POS. I'm nothing but nice to these people. now they want to talk to me like they didn't know about it. talking about "I'm playing them" like bitch how tf am I playing you?!? I told you everything. how can you try to get a wheelchair back from a man who despritely needs it? and why you gonna talk to me like I'm a bad person?
