I think I have this being a parent of two little ones packed down now. Feels refreshing !! Both sleep well through the night (finally) both are on the same schedule. I have some (not all) of my energy back. I'm feeling very motivated and determined. It was so rough in the beginning like very very rough. To all the new moms it's hard in the beginning but it gets better with time
