I get my 3 year old to pick up toys, help me pull clothes out of the dryer and wipe down the leather couch with me. Not too much else.

Pick up toys, help clean their room, set the silverware on the kitchen table for dinner, clear their plate and put their dishes in the sink. That's all I can think of.
