With my first, it was just minutes after I lost mucus plug to my first contraction. With my second, I lost parts of my plug over a period of four days, then it was still almost 24 hrs before my first contraction.

@beebaby, I can't say for sure if it was clots I was rushing to look it wasn't thick. It was slimy look like big boogers but bloody

@beebaby, I lost my mucus plug last night at least I think I did it was clear and snotty like. It's my first pregnancy so idk if that was it. And just a few minutes ago I wiped and it was a decent amount of brown blood with clots. So I guess that was bloody show right?
