Mamas please realize when I set you up for interviews and you blow them off it makes me look bad and my supervisor eventually deducts my points. 😞 I'm trying so hard to build a strong reliable team, but it's hard when people aren't serious about working. If you know you aren't a reliable worker and/or aren't serious about working, please don't show interest. I have a baby boy and bills. I really can't afford to lose my job. 😕 I understand things come up, but you have to let me know so I can pass on the message. It's better to give a heads up than me send your charts over to my supervisor and her take time away from her own family to do interviews just for people to blow them off or not answer. It then backfires on me, so please just be considerate 😣

That's sad 😒 I work from home I don't even give the information out because of that.. plus you have to be located in the area to do training...

Yes love. @andreawhatley, and I know right! I try so hard to be patient and understanding but God all I ask is that they give me a heads up so I don't end up looking like a fool when my supervisor calls me telling me I've wasted her time! And I can let her know ahead of time that something came up and she can simply reschedule rather than calling and having people not answer! It's frustrating. @redd_gurl
