What's a good formula for baby's that are constipated? My daughter is on soy and she screams every time she poops 😭 I'm currently substituting formula when breastmilk isn't enough

My 12 week old screams basically all the time now...is this normal?? I thought this was supposed to improve by now. I'm going crazy. The doc suggested reflux a long time ago so she put her on meds.
