Yeah, I don't want to risk forgetting to take the other.

I do, but sometimes they're too sweet/flavored and it makes me not want ti take them.

I used to, but my doctor had me switch. The gummies, while taste good, don't have nearly everything in them you should be getting in a prenatal is what I was told.

200 mg at least of dha.. and I can't remember, but I don't think they had much dha when u look at the ingredients
